    Change your food sources to something easier to digest. Try Cream of Rice, Whey and either macadamia oil or egg yolk pre bed. Don’t add veg to this meal.

    Looking at the rest of your diet too, I don’t like all those nuts in M1.. maybe try salmon or whole eggs and egg whites.

    Add the berries to your pre workout meal.

    Maybe have avocado in place of seeds in either M2 or M3 too to add some variety.

    Thanks Clare, unfortunately i can’t digest eggs. Thats why i got nuts in M1.

    Can i also do olive oil instead of the avocado?
