Morning Jordan, when you carbed up for the worlds, how did you eat your cereal? i am 3 weeks out and i pour whey over mine post workout at the mo but re-reading Scotts article on Johns site about carbing up he says to limit dairy at this point in the carb up, just curious what you did please?

Thanks Jordan and Corinne, I am prob just in that “shit I am 6 weeks out and not lean enough” part of prep, I read the article you wrote a while back Jordan and started to doubt myself!
Weight loss is zero this week (1lb up actually) so will be loosing the 75g jasmine rice from training day meal 5 in the next few days to get things going again I think

I would say it’s more a combination of how much muscle you are carrying and your body fat levels rather than just muscle mass, I am 16,10 at about 12% so pretty lean already with not huge amount of fat to lose
If you were 20St and 25% body fat you would have to kill your self to get into shape due to the amount of fat you are carrying

100% agree Corinne, last show I did 2 hours liss a day killing myself to get pealed and lost a lot of muscle, starting this prep a good deal heavier with much lower BF, prob around 12% at the mo and last time I was 20 poss 22%
Plus my then pregnant wife nearly lost her mind cause I was out of the house and living in the gym for 3 months! Ha ha
