    Thanks Jordan, I will have some with my pre workout meal today about 90 mins b4 I train

    Been hammering jarrow Curcumin and citrus bergamot for a while now so hoping they will offset any lipid probs a little for me

    Hello Jordan, I ha e a quick question about the way you have set up your training, when you zig zag these exercises I am assuming you do as many feel sets for each movement as you feel necessary then zig zag your working sets as you laid out below?

    standing smith press 30k/side x 13
    side laterals machine 30kg/side x 7
    standing smith 20kg x 13
    side laterals 20kg/side x 10
    prone rear delt raise 25kg x 13
    stretch

    seated leg press 100kg/side x 20 ….. seated ham curl 40kg x 20….abductor machine 145 x 20 …. tri set
