    Medtech is my main brand.

    Have been using Chiron for my test for the last 6 months.

    The NPP is from
    A diff lab I don’t no name of havnt looked lol but just got some ROHM to switch to as its 200mg/ml

    How do you find the Medtech mate? it’s gong around my area atm and thinking about giving it a try, Been using ROHM recently but not really feeling anything from it :/

    Mark, it’s cool that Jordan gives you a 12% fat ground beef meal on your non training day. Do you know the mindset for going that high in fat precontest? I’m only asking because it is somewhat unique.

    this won’t be there for much longer as food cuts r imminent but the only reason this is positioned here is cos originally it was 250g salmon but i got to the point where i was sick of just the thought of it let alone smell n taste. i have times like that where a food source is used for so long just cant stand it, last time was tuna but had a long break n now enjoying it again.

    haha I know that feeling! 16 weeks day in day out last prep made me Hate Salmon, it’s taken over a year to have it again now Cai has put it back in my diet lol.

    Just an observation in regards to you split. Is there a reason why you doing Push, Pull, Legs rest and not Pull, Push, rest, legs. Going from a Pull into Legs the next day will impact recovery capability.

    an ideal split especially when in a gaining phase would be Pull, Push, Rest,legs, Rest. REPEAT. As we grow when we are resting & Recovering.

    morning all

    I also baby sitted alone for the 1st time last night….I was nervous…BUT feeling very smug as she was good as gold….off the sleep by 7.30 after the bath/bed time stuff…stubborn girl, but I like that, she would not allow me to put the pjs on…so we had a mini battle there as the concept of 2 legs in 1 trouser hole isn’t easy to rationalise to an 18 month old… ….but all went way too smoothly…I know its 100% beginners luck haha so I am not going to brag as next time it will be a mess im sure haha

    I then sat silently down stairs, lap top, baby monitor and Tupperware….I didn’t even want to flush the loo INCASE it stirred her…haha

    haha that made me smile.. I can just imagine it 🙂

    well its that time of week, check in day and after a terrible last week with stomach bug all food just straight through me and taking the week away from the gym as barely had energy to get around the house my bw dropped to 114.6kg but this week been back eating n holding food with 3 training days done bw is up at 118.2kg even though yesterday was lower calorie rest day so by next week i should be back to my norm self.
    my bw previous to this illness was fluctuating around the 120-121kg mark.

    got a push session going down shortly so will update tonight.

    I remember watching you at the Nabba Britain and PCA British think it might have been 2016? my memory is horrendous.. and I just though Damn this guy is DENSE!

    Be good to get some pics up see how your looking the start of prep mate.

    I see that the aim this year is to move up to Open BB and turn Pro. what’s you plans show wise and are you currently dieting or still pushing up to make improvements?

    would be interested to see you diet breakdown for this phase.

    I might have to pop up and check out MJ’s its only an hour away from me in Swindon.

    Luke, I am working very hard on myself . I am spending more time on personal development , I am working with an exceptionally good therapist , who is teaching me how to view things in a diff perspective . I don’t mind sharing this stuff , because I see this as me seeking the info I need. So let’s say you want to get smarter , you learn from a tutor of some kind. I want to get better at the quality of my interactions, I want to get even better at motivating people, i want to be sure that I am mindful always of how I treat people . Admittedly it isn’t the easiest process , we work through a lot of my past and why I maybe perceive things in certain ways , BUT I am much happier than ever , because I am able to love properly , more than ever . My stress is very low because I love what I’m doing , I love the people around me , and I’m working my hardest for those people ????

    Massive respect bud. From the outside looking in you wouldn’t think that you had an issue like that. You’ve always came across humble, driven and inspiring to everyone around.

    I struggle myself with this also and it’s nice to see people like yourself speaking out and wanting to make a change.

    So currently I’m still split dose. 3 x 2iu with lantus.

    However I am doing n awful lot of reading on some things this next few days.

    I’m may try the following.

    4 weeks – 3 x 2iu train days
    4 weeks – 6iu pre gym – I did this year n can really notice lethargy today. This to me is a sign IGF was elevated higher which is obviously the case n makes a logical sense be better for all out growth

    Then 10iu MWF all pre gym. Dorian has stayed he found this best but also stated he found it may of caused waist to increase.

    Milos prefers smaller doses through day n night n his waist never blew

    I over think n over read far far to much. I have these debates with myself over everything lol

    I’m good thank you bud, looking forward to getting on stage again this year.

    I do the exact same mate, I’m forever looking and reading stuff then wanting to change my ideas constantly lol.
