just caught up with the log. Will be looking forward to following the progress this year.
Bloods look in a very good position also mate, I had mine done early Jan and test was down at 4 after 7 months off ha.
what did you end up changing the GH/Slin protocol too in the end?

and I hit the 15 week 6 day mark….arghhhhhhhhh

all going well – no changes this week….only to my log book ???? and hopefully my density haha
today – rest day – growing is hard work…so im happy for the day off!
going to spend some time with mumma Ingman – pedicures and dinner (will be to my macros not an off plan meal…as we know, they fill me with dread sadly..but working on it….)
may chill by the spa for a bit I guess – not really sure, weather depending, but its looking prettyyyy drizzly out there!fill me in with your weekend details ????

My wife was at work all weekend so it was just me 2 kids and a baby.. safe to say I’m at work today trying to have a rest ha!
On a side note: are you still offering the one off coaching session? Would be really cool to head up to MJ’s when I’m closer to show condition as it’s only down the road from me, and get your thoughts.

shoulder press machine – 2 sets – again much stronger…rickety old bit of kit which is amazing and kills my delts
narrow machine press – 2 sets – up
standing cable fly – 2 sets
lying cable cuff – 3 sets
zbar front raise – 2 sets
single arm tricep push – 2 sets
abs and calves

i have to agree, I don’t class them as ‘biscuits’ either.
Club, now were talking. What one would be your go to? I used to opt for the fruit one and of course you ALWAYS had to take the outer wrapper off, and then smooth over the top of the foil with your finger to have CLUB imprinted in it haha.

Thanks guys, well 2 Bros is 9 weeks this weekend. Ireland is 10 , France is 11, Lebanon 12.
I believe there is also one on 27-28th in Alicante, Spain mate. I’m sure you won’t even need to get to that one but might be worth adding to the list. Just under 13 weeks.

Cholesterol looks a bit like mine. No dramatic but try to fix it through excersise/diet/ supps.
Were you on trt when this test was taken? And did you train before the bloodtest?
I had been using 1ml of test just before Christmas but because of moving home I haven’t jabbed in 2/3weeks

That blood work is v good for the 6 months on for prep, do you contribute those to the fact you have the health supps in daily?
Regarding the blood test did you have it done in the AM fasted after a couple of days off training or would this not impact things? Just curious as to when best times to have them are.

Good to see you posting on here mate. I will definitely be following along.
I’ve just planned out my diet and its pretty much like yours with a few tweaks so great minds there 🙂looking at your training split if legs/chest & arms need focus then I would look to add a “top-up” into the session mate. or increase the frequency a touch like a PUSH/PULL/REST/LEGS/REST repeat – just and idea so your hitting things ever 5 days instead of 6.
