Joe Ballenger
Ryan Petford
Mark Joyce
( all came 1st or 2nd at pro qualifiers this year , all will have full sponsorship from me and their logs will be on the site )Haider Mehdi if he does men’s physique , 2 years if does classic , again full spornsor from me
Clare Barks I think will take it next weekend in Italy , she just missed out at the last one
All of those are phenomenal in their own right. been a fan of Mark Joyce for a while, the thick density he brings in unreal and Ryan is looking immense in the classic.
looking forward to having them on here and following their journey on here 🙂Instagram: @adamedw4rds

Talking about this new change and current Top amateurs, who are your top picks for Pro cards next year Jordan?
I love how your giving back and helping those that might not have had the chance without the support! That’s fkin awesome.
Really looking forward to the release of the new Pre, i find it hard getting on with a lot of them so will definitely be giving it a try ????Instagram: @adamedw4rds

Leo I have been putting the hammer down. With food. Drugs are kept low hence why gains don’t seem as crazy as some pros. This way I grow in prep and I will out condition most others on stage.
Hard work is done behind closed doors for mereally like the way you approach the offseason and then into prep. you see guys blowing up HUGE in offseason and then come stage time look no different. I also have been doing my offseason like yourself, keeping things very minimal waiting to flip the switch for prep 🙂

that’s awesome news! good luck for the prep James, will be following this one intently.

Good to have you back mate. Having both Yourself and Luke posting here and being prepped by Aceto, it will be interesting to see the difference in approach between yours and Luke’s Prep.
In your eyes what areas do you think you’ve improved the most this offseason?

I absolutely love the way you do things in offseason, listen to your body and how you want to train eat.
Just because your not logging number or calories doesn’t mean your not progressing, people get too caught up in following strict to the plan..
You have the perfect balance in the offseason, good food, good training and having a family life too.
Then soon as prep starts the switch flicks.
I’m in the same boat now having just competed and going into offseason, listening to my body and if it’s hungry, eat.
All the best man will be following all the way and getting some ideas 🙂

Fck that post on the pervious page about tiredness and mental focus was inspiring .. really hit home to me and one I’ve been guilty of before.
It’s guys like you that motivate the hell out of me and so glad I’ve got you in my corner this prep.
Loving reading your journey bud and following along intently. Keep chipping away 🙂

JP,
When your in prep and are planning a refeed what are your typical go to carbs/protein sources that you would utilise and would you use any exogenous insulin on that particular day?
Have a safe trip to Vienna, gotta say Corrine is looking awesome ready for her guest spot 🙂

JP,
Just wondered how far out from comp do you switch up your posWO carbs from cereal ect to more whole foods or will you run this most of the way up?

JP,
With your diet set up with carbs all around workout and PostWO, if you were training late in the day for example 6:30pm and got back home at around 8:30pm then bed at 10:30ish giving only a chance to get the PostWO and pre bed meal in. how would you schedule the carbs? Would you have more in the meals through the day or just increase the pre/intra/ PostWO ones to compensate
Cheers mate
