Doesn’t JP recommend 3 different upper lower variations?
-
Is it true JP has 3 variations using the upper/lower split also splitting the individual sessions too light and heavy.
I’m just curious to know if I’m right with saying it would run like this; once through the A,B and C you then reverse the upper and light exercises the second time you come back to upper A etc etc
Day 1
Upper A
Push heavy
Pull light
Day 2
Lower A
Hams heavy
Quads light
Day 3 rest
Day 4
Upper B
Pull heavy
Push light
Day 5
Lower B
Quads heavy
Hams light
Day 6 rest
Day 7
Upper C
Push heavy
Pull light
Day 8
Lower C
Hams Heavy
Quads light
Day 9
Upper A
Pull light
Push heavy

Hi Jordan
Can you clear this for me I’ve read the book and need to confirm the amount of exercises used for each tier is a minimum of 2 for each body part.
I’ve seen some examples of tier 1 using only 1 compound per muscle group compared to tier 3 using 3 exercises per muscle group.

Hi Jordan
I’ve got the book on fortitude training but can’t understand the exercise selection section
Is their an isolation and compound exercise on all three tiers for each muscle group?

Hi Jordan
That link regarding your training program didn’t send me to the right place
