From what I read, I just assumed there was a way to drop the AI and switch to nolvadex mate, just so I don’t have to stay on AI year round.

I stopped using AI as I read that you de-sensitise to them if used year round, that’s why I was wondering if there were an alternative such as nolvadex that I could use just on my cruise mate

@rotties thanks for the reply mate. So you reckon to leave out nolva on cruise unless I start seeing signs? And if I do see the signs am I right by saying it’s the 40/40/20/20 protocol? Cheers
