    great log jordan. Really interesting to see you eat a lot instinctively as opposed to having the generic 2low 1high day or whatever. I will be implementing a similar approach next time I want get it all off (which isn’t in the foreseeable future as I like being strong)

    John^^ he’s programmed me push, legs, off, pull. Biceps are after push for 2 exercises, 2 sets to failure.

    I use 75g Highly branched cyclic dextrin, 5g creatine, 15g aminos, all from bodybuilding warehouse. Excellent energy throughout the workout and strength is awesome. I can’t afford redcon1 stuff lol
