    Personally I don’t think thes peptides are fat loss drugs at all. They are health drugs that a by product of mito efficiency is fat loss .

    If you want to bodybuild in an extremely healthy manner , and can afford to , stay on them low dose for as long as funds permit and let them do their thing in the background , like curcumin , omega , magnesium etc

    On board Mr P .. .. I shall continue with them at what you both suggest as they are making me feel fucking awesome , alert , energetic, unbelievable sleep and my training is up another level to be honest…
    Mentally I feel strong as fuck also … so thank you for time and advice. I shall keep you posted 🙏

    is the goal simply for health or are you trying to achieve something with your physique also?

    I personally would be going

    500mg L carnatine pre gym – rest days 500mg on wake

    SLU 250mcg on wake

    Mot-c – 1mg daily as J says

    NAD – 50mg 3 x a week

    Hilly … bit of both really … just come back from an injury that’s laid me off since March so I am just dieting down a little and sharpening up ready to get back on the horse with my coach with a view to competing possibly May onwards next year . So a bit of fat loss and conditioning rather than using clen and thyroid meds ( leave that until prep ) but what you and mr peters had suggested seems perfect for me … just quickie though if I may ….. how long do you reckoning setting with this protocol… 6 weeks or longer before a break .. bear in mind I’m doing 5 iu gh 300 test e and 400mg masteron prop . With 12.5 Aromasin 2x per week … I’ve just started running this and will for 12/14 weeks then drop off to 125mg TRT for 8 and so on … appreciate your replies and input

    Hi all I’m new to this group so do not know where to air this question/ advice we seek but here goes …… my wife trains and is currently on private TRT yes TRT from a private clinic along with E and progesterone. However blood work is still showing low range test but obviously with it being a private prescription we can not up it ( the testo gel) as there is not enough and they will not allow …. That being said we going to use fem test and bin the gel . My question I want to get her up to around 2.4 ish on test so would half a mil a week to start 3 pins per week giving around 5mg test E be a good starting point , bloodwork after 6 weeks then move from there depending upon how she responds and levels presented . Thanks in advance

    i would start with 1.5mg twice a week and then re asses bloods after 5 weeks. – I find with clients this tends to be enough to put them in a good spot at the top end of range but every one will respond differently [/quote]

    Mr Peters I’ve studied with avid interest your U tube education and training videos, subscribed to this site and we’ve employed the services of Mr Hector to coach my training partner through to his next show using this push/ pull / lower split which I’m now of the understanding that a lot of the top athletes advocate . My request if I may is keep these posts coming. We’ve started the split even moved the training around as you recommend and feel fucking amazing .diet is good sleep is great .and we’ve binned the wives so reduced the stress .we just keep looking at the notifications eagerly awaiting the next video .please hurry 💪

    This space we are in now is Jordan’s log. It is effectively a journal for him to document all aspects of his life and topics discussed should therefore only relate to that (all JP athletes have their own personal log that you can read and learn from).

Thanks for that .just educate me then finally and I will leave you in peace ……where is the general forum then ,where do l find it .point me in the right direction please and can I ask any question .
