    Hi mate,

When you say it feels like time to switch things up, why? Are you not progressing anymore? If not, for how long?

My view is that you’re going to need to spend some time being patient, and just work relentlessly, very gradually bringing bodyweight up whilst progressing lifts over an extended period of time.

You’ve got a really good foundation, it’s just time and consistency now mate

I feel like my arms are lagging. Also I’m at currently plan 9 months long I need changes to fresh my head, progress stopped also.

Thank you very much for your help guys. So, I’ll be taking GH every night before bed. As for the insulin, I’ve been using this amount for a long time now, and the evening dose doesn’t cause me any problems.

eventually one more idea: chest + triceps, back + biceps, rest, upper, lower, arms

You do have better development balance wise in your lower vs upper. But not enough that I would take away from legs to focus on the upper. Instead I would just allocate the volume to the upper a little more, whilst still keeping leg training in. So instead of upper lower split I would do more of a push pull legs split, or even more of a single body part per day “bro split” to give delta and arms their own session outside of pairing them on push and or pull

    thank you for help!

    so my two ideas:
1 push pull rest push pull legs
2 chest + tri, back, rest, bi + tri, legs, delts + bi (bro split)

    what do your think?

Hello mate yes ! Pictures are working !!

    Amazing legs congrats

Basically I agree with the balance difference btw upper and lower though

My point of view would be to focus on upper days yes.

You can do push pull legs

Or a split per muscle group

But ofc train legs less often during the time the upper catch up the legs

I would basically keep just one lower per week imo

    Thank you so much!

so maybe push pull rest push pull legs gonna works?

Thank you! Then I’m gonna try low doses like 25mg every other training and see if it works well for me.

I’d swap the v grip row for a shoulder width row to allow for greater range of motion.

Do you have a hip hinge in a leg day ? Or at least something lower back loading. Here there’s no hinge or bent over row. Something that challenges the erectors.

Got it, gonna swap V grip then thanks. Yes in my leg day I have RDL and also hyperextensions. There is no any bent over row because I don’t really feel these exercises nice in my back.

So, taking the above into account, is this plan good?
