a kitchen will obviously not be the best scenario but it technically can be manageable.
first of all i would start by closing all windows and doors, put all the things away that yout don’t want to have around you, than cleaning everything, starting from the top and working your way down to the bottom (the cleaning process will and should take much more time than the actual brewing process itself). clean everything you might touch with isopropanol (handles, surfaces, EDGES, …). i personally would recommend to lay out aluminium foil that was swabbed with sterile gauze pads that got drenched in isopropanol. prepare all the items that you need before you start doing anything and swab them with your gauze pad. than let everything dry. use at least gloves, a surgeon face mask and a foliodress cap. all of your body except your eyes should be pretty much covered. again.. prepare everything before you start. you want to keep processes to an absolute minimum. sterilize your vials and your equipment first. you don’t want to start the process of brewing and notice that you have forgotten to prepare something. that would be the absolute worst case imo (esp. in an enviroment that isnt sterile). being organized is one of the key factors to aseptic work.
i would recommend wiping your gloves and the surface every few minutes with your gauze pad to keep everything as clean as possible.
thats at least the basic steps to keep your environment as sterile as possible.

But isnt it all still unsterile gear until you run it through a sterile filter into a sterile glass collector/ or syringe filter into sealed sterile vials.

just for arguements sake, not disputing your knowledge

if a person was doing so in their kitchen, what is the best way to insure maximum sterility, (given the environment probably not 100%) but as high as possible.

magnesium has helped massively for me when i used tren in the past, however too much magnesium can cause a laxative effect so start low and go up to find whats right for you

@Darius didnt crash but it was very warm here during the spring and summer and the guy i did it for kept it in his hot press. could use half gso and half eo. gso has a habit of crashing on me in higher doses so i didnt want to risk it. deca i only use 10% bb and test e i use 5% but the rest i use 15-20%

@Darius basic bitch recipe .standard 2% Ba 18% bb and make up the rest with Ethyl oelate. but EO can give some big lumps so depends on how you handle EO. at 1ml it wouldnt be an issue but 3mls you could end up with massive golfball size lumps. not really painful but hot to the touch

125mg/ml is the best i have managed without using guaiacol cos that stuff fucking stinks. lingers in the house for 2 weeks. it was pip free at 125 but its really not much better than 100mg/ml

Thread got taken down on professional muscle. this is standard procedure for them. they get paid by dodgy source and protect them while the buyers take the hit.

Its why I prefer animals over people. Hope you enjoy your holidays with the GF and I look forward to see some off season videos where your back slinging some stupid heavy weights again and enjoying what you do. Just remember, next year to win you just have to get “grainy bro”. simples.

Slowly catching up on the log. its excellent so thank you for all the detail. On the very 1st page you said you worked with a coach who ran you into the ground with double cardio etc. Is he an Irish coach based out of Dublin by any chance. It sounds likes a similar approach a coach took with my friend when he was prepped and his health has not been right since. I understand you dont want to name names
