    Corinne how the hell do you stay so lean all year. Have you always been pretty lean or is it the insane intensity you bring to training. Looking crazy 9ish weeks out

    Corinne when you originally started out training would you have done DC style training or Scott’s fortitude or something along those lines.

    The original Doggcrapp 2 way spilt was only 3 days a week. Based entirely around progressive overload and a rotating of exercises to get strong at

    I think slin post contest is a recipe to get fat. just my opinion I would just stick with the test and tren and make use of the calories

    test prop and Npp. it’ll get in and out quick. maximise the growth phase and then get off and recover and get bloods etc

    same. everything is warmed up and pumped so I feel good. especially my knees. they feel warm and less clicking noises.

    maybe you just need more food but i wouldn’t sacrifice conditioning for a little bit of fullness.

    if you ready a week or 2 out then you could experiment and see how you look but I wouldn’t try it the day of the show.

    I was 24. I would definitely have learned how to train properly. none of these 5 day a week bros splits. I didn’t need an arm and shoulder day.

    with regards to the drugs I have always been responsible with doses rarely exceeding a gram. last prep was 300mast and 300tren ace and some winstrol

    this is only my personal experience but i found when I controlled my estrogen or oestrogen (however way ye spell it) it would keep my progesterone down. I didn’t crush estrogen but controlled it.

    I’ve seen some deca with 200mg/ml all the way to 400mg/ml and I ran 2 shots a week so I’ve gone as high as 8 for a period and didn’t notice anything extra except water weight. 400-500 is good.

    all my own opinions though
