    Didn’t get any sides. So in your opinion mast wouldn’t be needed? Even if i was to want to up the test and npp dosages from what i did last time?

    Too much imo . My question is , since you have been using gear, how much would you say your adherence to diet has increased ? How much smarter is your training ? How much harder can you train ?

    Since hopping on, my training definitely has been dialled in and strength improving all the time, other than a couple of setbacks due to injury (main one being tennis elbow in both arms). As for diet if i’m being honest food could of been pushed a lot more i think.

    Hey buddy! Is your physique balanced at the moment? Or do you have lagging bodyparts? I usually try and suit a training split towards a clients physique needs!

    Thanks for the reply mate. I’d say it’s pretty balanced other than legs maybe being abit behind compared to upper body (this could be due to me being a b!tch when training legs though haha). Something i forgot to mention is that i’ve just come out of a gaining phase & am going into a 6-7 week cut before holiday, so a friend of mine has advised sticking to the same split for now instead of suddenly changing things up?

    Why not do a rotating split and do push pull off legs off repeat?

    As stupid as it sounds i like keeping my training days the same each week if i can.

    That NPP is crashed bud – its basically where the compound cannot stay stable and then crystallises…

    Now imagine you re heat the gear…

    It sorts it self out…

    You pin it…

    And it crystallises in ya pinning spot ? trust me I’ve done it. It’s not nice.

    Well i’m currently using the 1st bottle that looks fine, i did reheat the other one but haven’t touched it yet. You’d advise not using it then? Regarding the 200mg/ml would you say it’s okay? If it’s crashed would it be legit npp?

    300mg per ml? I find that very hard to believe – its most likely not short acting nandrolone and very likely its the long acting…

    I have had one of my sources try and get the NPP at 200mg before and it was CRASHING everytime.

    I think he means when this happens (bottle on the right). Would this mean it’s legit? Anyone give me more info on this i’m new to NPP, first time using it.

    This is a personal decision.

    If all your blood markers are good at this reading, you feel good, look good and perform well then I would be over the moon with this and leave it here.

    Its also possible the reading is a little higher as its the day out jab.

    Monday would of been a better day to take the bloods Imo for a more accurate read

    Just a testosterone blood check this one, was basically doing it to check how reliable my gear is. Thanks, will make sure all bloods are done on Mondays in future![/quote]

    Thanks both for the feedback. I’ll run 250mg test the whole way through, 150mg npp for first 8 weeks, assess blood work, then look at increasing to 200mg week 8-12 then 250mg week 12-16 ??

    How often are you pinning? And when was this test taken in relation to that schedule?

    Pinning Monday and Thursday. Test was done fasted Friday morning.

    Hi bud. How old are you? How tall are you? How heavy are you and how lean are you?

    I think both these cycles are too high for your 1sr and 2nd personally

    You can gain A LOT still on dosages that are kept lower… keeping you healthier and giving much better longevity and room for progression

    Hello mate thanks for the reply. I’m 23 years old, 5 foot 8, 80kg and fairly lean can see abs, not sure of exact percentage sorry.

    Another thought process i have for the second cycle would be this:
    Week 1-4 = 300mg Test E
    Week 4-8 = 300mg Test E/150mg NPP
    Week 8-12 = 300mg Test E/200mg NPP
    Week 12-16 = 300mg Test E/250mg NPP

    How does this sound? I’ll get bloods done between the 8-12 week point and see how things are. Potentially i could push from Week 16 to Week 20 just adding another 50mg NPP so would be 300mg NPP for last 4 weeks.

    This way i’d be able to judge/manage side effects a lot better starting off on a low dose and building up?

    In a maintaince bud my goal would to literally maintain, pushing food whilst in a cruise you’ll likely get fatter

    Use this time as an opportunity to hold new tissue built and set your self up for next push through not letting Strenght dip

    If your gaining Strenght don’t worry about bodyweight not going up as such especially whilst your off

    Focus on getting stronger then improving visuals bodyweight should be 3rd in that order if your gaining Strenght and look is improving stick at it don’t change yet [/quote]

    Yeah i made another post and from the replies on that one as-well i’ve taken that i think my maintenance is 3,500. Will stick at that and just keep track of it each morning for the next couple weeks see how i get on. Least when it comes to cutting i’ll still be able to eat a nice amount of food haha.
