Usually takes a few days to go away. If it keeps returning it gets too much go to your gp.

My mate had the same thing and he went to hospital just to get the check over and they gave him somthing to ease the pain and scanned

Reduce HbA1C or fasting BG, either from excessive carbohydrate consumption/or GH induced. Essentially sensitises the cells to insulin, rather than increasing insulin output; generally. Berberine an herbal alternative is potentially as effective depends on reasons/scientific literature etc People speak of its effects on mTor and IGF, and there is scientific evidence to support this, which I am more than willing to discuss however IMO I don’t think it really makes that big of a difference, depends on why you need it? or think it’s beneficial? Then I can speak more specifically regarding its mechanisms of action. For me personally, it gave really bad GI distress, which can reduce with time, some people call is mud butt, not to be vulgar but you are just shitting mud all day long, it calmed down eventually. Now I berberine/ALA-JP has done some good vids on both of these in the supp section.

Do your coaching as a side hustle until you can make the jump to making it your main hustle good luck!

Cocopops usually, having to mix with shreddies now as the volume is just daft. That with isolate protein and 3 rice cakes. 150g carbs in total. Try using cyclic dextrin instead that’s what I do for the same reasons -
A cardiological appointment at this point is prudent. I would recommend limiting the use of stims for the time being, if you’re big caffeine fan maybe slowly taper it down. Would definitely avoid stim-based pre-workouts for now. Ideally try not to use alcohol or cannabis to find relief, everyone is entitled to their opinion on that subject that’s just mine.
A few other queries if you don’t mind, I am only asking so I can provide a better-taylored answer
Is the anxiety based around certain scenarios, like a panic attack? Or is it constant throughout the day, wherever you are?
A few other supplements which may help alleviate anxiety is ashwagandha (ensure its the patented KSM-66 version), L-Theanine 200MG and Magnesium Biglcynate 500MG, this list could go and on but they are just a few which effective, well researched and relatively cheap (see examine.com for individual profiles)
When it comes to first-line medication there are a few options (please bear in mind I am not a psychiatrist and this is just my opinion).
SSRI’s: can help anxiety, especially when there are comorbidities of mood disorder/s, however there is a high incidence of sexual side effects in men
Beta-blockers (eg propranolol): may be effective as they provide symptomatic relief of anxiety, such as heart palpitations and sweating, essentially they block the receptor sites for adrenaline/noradrenaline ( epinephrine/norepinephrine ), lower incidence of sexual side effects but contraindicated if you have an asthma diagnosis
Benzodiazepines: rarely prescribed now in the UK due to years of overprescribing in the ’60s onwards. Work very well in the short term, but you have 2 very difficult properties that are yet to be pharmacologically overcome, tolerance and dependence. The last line of defence and addiction is Hell!
Many other psychopharmaceutical options, but again I would have to write a book

AndrewThanks for the response, very detailed. The anxiety is not based around certain scenarios. It came out of nowhere on Monday (if it is actual anxiety and not a health issue) and has been hanging around ever since. I think at this point I may be psyching myself out and making the anxiety worse because I can not distinguish if it is anxiety or a health issue at this point which will definitely contribute to the anxiety. If I had to bet I’d say it probably stemmed from the EQ because I never ran crazy amounts of anything and always took good care of my health, never drink or do recreational drugs. However, if the cardiologist tells me otherwise then I will ask what the appropriate action to take is. I was thinking, it could also be from high hematocrit levels making me feel sluggish/foggy which may have contributed to anxiety as well. I see a cardiologist Monday and hopefully I am just being paranoid, thanks again.

Jimmy my food isn’t high high for me atm , I’m on roughly 600c 400p 100f – 4900 ish cals , even with zero appetite I can get that done no probs , but I couldn’t eat more than this , so I couldn’t grow on tren basically unless used from being very very lean and pushing Up 15 pounds from there .

Amazing response thank you. You say it messes with you appetite? How and how do you work round it because obviously atm your smashing it lol and don’t worry I have no plans to take that amount I just find it interesting hearing experiences thank you for the detailed reply ?
