These are pretty much life savers for me on tren. Also adding some glutamine into your shakes is supposed to help but this one has never worked for me. Are you getting acid reflux or isit just digestion/bloating issues and just out of interest how much tren are u taking ?

Jordan my apologies if this is really off topic (I’ll understand if you choose not to answer ???? ) but basically wanted to get your opinion. Is there anything that can be done to combat lack of appetite/digestion issues on tren in prep? other then dropping it of course as dose really isn’t that high. I know you mentioned few times that you don’t really get sides from tren but wondering if you knew why it happens and if there’s any supplementation or anything that can be done to help. not talking about acid reflux as I know that’s quite common but more lack of appetite and lack of ability to get much food in.
Make a post in the supplementation bit mate I’ll tell u some of the things I do see if they help

How come you don’t take anything to aid your digestion if you have digestion issues etc? Just wondering

Good morning! Had a rest day yesterday. Forgot to weigh myself this morning. Smashed in breakfast then headed off to work! Got some repossessions booked in this morning before heading to the gtm for Quads with the giant in the hoodie after lunch!

You thought about maybe trying digestive enzymes with your meals I used to have really bad digestion problems and they worked wonders for me “solgar” digestive enzymes from Holland and barret and a pro biotic in the morning to keep the stomach bacteria healthy. Made a massive difference with me. Dunno if that’s helpful but thought I might aswell write it ????

The pain today is actually less, probably because I didn’t try to just lift regardlesss yday . So will see if I can do pull today , hopefully I can.

And also the cardio is nothing mad just keep my heartbeat at about 120/130 just because I can’t fit it in in the morning and it’s more of a feel good feeling doing it

Sorry I shoulda of been a bit clearer I meant after my weights and cardio drink the shake. My meal before I workout is normally chicken and potatoes because it seems to digest well with me. I’m not natural either if that makes a difference

Realistically I am not looking to compete any time soon generally just to get in better shape / gain some size.
Never wasting your time mate and as for diet a lot can be achieved with eggs and chicken which u can buy in bulk for cheap at places like Costco, bookers, macro etc I dunno if you have any of those near you but would maybe help with costs for more food for a diet

Dunno if you live in the uk but there’s a bug thing going about which I’ve got and has those same feelings u described headaches, feeling sick being sick. Can’t be fucked to do anything let alone train appetite is gone etc so maybe u just have a bug mate
