Tennis elbow is an overuse injury that I’ve suffered with too. It won’t ever completely go away, but you can manage the inflammation to reduce recurring flare ups. Firstly take a few days complete rest and continue with the physio, massage and stretches. Avoid any exercises that aggravate it for a while and continue to use the straps on pull days. Massaging the area with Kwan Loong oil pre training may also help, as well as wearing elbow sleeves on push days. Reduce the load too and go for higher reps. Be patient and don’t push again before you’re ready.
Look into supplementing with Curcumin and a decent Joint formula containing Boswellia Seratta. The TrainedbyJPnutrition CURE-COMING and JOIN-IN are excellent.

My phisio advice was to work threw it and just add bonus rehab, icing. I’m also using straps with some capdaicine extract on. It’s even more painfull that elbow itself, but it helps to recover and heal up faster.

Voltarol gel seems to help me I put it on just before my workout don’t know if it will help you but might be worth a try. I’m just talking from my experience -

Sounds to me like you want answers from Jordan or the pros them selfs maybe click the cycle part on there logs and ask the same question. Reason I asked what you are taking is because some compounds work better then others together so if you are asking the question because you plan on taking masteron or primobolan it would probably be a good idea to say what you are taking already so the question can be answered and explained properly

I would use both
Primo at 600-700 per week
mast at 300-350

During the latter part of prep I’m tired all the time and when calories are super high I also get tired from my body processing all the food? Are you trying to lose fat? Or gain weight? What’s the purpose of the cardio?

Mate to be honest it was yours and James video made me wanna try it out. For the mental benefits plus many more things u pointed out. I think I worked out what it is I’ve been taking injectable b12 and b complex think I’ve taken too much read up the side effects and it’s pretty much what’s happening to me lol so that on top of the cardio is probably the problem I think mate

I think that people use roids as and excuse to be a twat. (Apart from tren) they don’t really change my personality just be prepared if you have an argument she’s always going to blame the roids lol

Both man. Seriously… take my advice and stay away from it at this age. I know it’s tempting and def when your social surrounding is talking about it too, but you’ll have more negatives than positives when doing it. Unfortunately, there is no way back then. About the HPTA: I’m not a doctor, but I can tell you now already you’ll probably never be able to fully recover from it. During my first PCT at 19 years old, I was suicidal. Couldn’t function normal anymore, couldn’t have sex. Many aspects in my life suffered all because of those few weeks on cycle. You’re fcking 17 years old; the whole world is in front of you. You’re now in the best possible position to make gainz naturally. Take advantage of it. Considering PED’s might be done later if that’s what you really want.
