If you asking from a point of view of some one who smokes it already then jsut control it leave it till the evenings and it can be very beneficial just don’t let it control you and turn you lazy

    It’s for my misses she’s taken 10mg a day before for 4 weeks defo noticed a difference I just wonderd how long she could stay on etc thanks for replying mate we re searched it but there’s not as much advice etc for it as there is for males using hormones lol

    Anavar – little size. Little to no water rentention
    Dianabol – a lot of size and water rentention
    Oxys- a lot of size wnd water retention
    Winstrol – will hurt your joints
    That’s the basic I know that’s probably all u wanted to hear don’t inject if your not ready lol. Look at them decide which one sounds like what u want and do a bit of google re search and see what comes up if u wanna no more. Any course you do always worth putting in some re search. And the people on here saying your not ready for an oral if your not ready for injection probably done a oral only course when they first started so don’t worry your not going be the first or last.
