    I was just wondering what’s the best split for chest and back thickness and If use thought it was be preventing growth only having 1 day off a week. my workouts can be anywhere from 1 and a half to 2 hours. I’m currently training full upper,legs(quads)rest,chest back,shoulders,chest back,legs(hammies) and I normly do my cardio fasted
