    Now back to bodybuilding stuff lol

    75 days out: weight 217.4lbs – 40mins cardio done for today .

    All has remain as previous post when it comes to anabolics. For some dumb reason I did one weeks where I went up 750 testC and it was the week before I got bloods done.
    Numbers where fine so I might Jump to that come next week.
    Also had been on T-3 the week before bloods until now and the bloods actually came in range. Guessing it was low before because I was really struggling with loosing weight even with restricting calories and super high refeed days or even after cheat meals.

    Tonight have back bicep and abs so should be a good sessions will update later tonight!

    Been away for good while, lots family and work stuff stressing me the hell out. All is good now. Decided to push my show day farther back. I’m set on competing this year for sure.
    Decide to do one June 2. So I’m officially 11 weeks out. Putting everybody in the rear view mirror since no one seems to understand why I do what I do. ( restricting calories, training long cardio sessions )

    Got to say it’s a lot easier to breathe after taking those people out of my life. Definitely trying to go somewhere with bodybuilding and become a Pro someday, so I have to get used to making these sacrifices!

    Today is a rest day. Have a weeks using T-3. I believe I was struggling loosing weight cause T-3 was somewhat suppressed due to messing around with this compound a couple months ago. Not 100% sure got blood test done Monday should get results pretty soon.

    Been gone from the forum a little trying to catch up on videos. Pulling extra hours at work haven’t missed a meal yet but my guess is that haven’t lost much weight due to stress. That is not stopping me.

    Took some time to back off mentally and decided to go a safer route and not torture myself to much with the diet and keeping foods as follows: 175C/65F/225P

    Thinking on incorporating some low dose winny around the 4 weeks out.

    As of tomorrow will be 9 weeks out. I know I won’t be where I want for this contest and so I lined up a second competition which is 15 weeks from now.

    Well it’s honesty looking pretty Interesting. Seems that i have been able to get a bit leaner but maintain my weight at 222lbs.
    I have dropped my carbs from 195-175. Looking to drop it to 145 see how my body reacts.

    Was running low on YK-11 so decided to experiment a little bit with some S-23 from EA. Only bad sides I have experience is a small electrolyte imbalance so I feel like I’m going to cramp up. So supplementing that with some sea salts and lots of water. Test is still at 500mg / Ostarine: 10mgs / S-23: 30mgs

    Woke up today at 220lbs. Weight moving really slowly but looking better in the mirror it feels like one of those trust the process moments. Last nights workout was as follows:

    Hammer Rows: 145×10 (x3)

    Narrow Rows: 100lbsx10/ 145lbsx10/ 130lbsx10

    Training has been on point this weekend. Haven’t been able to log much in this journal cause of how busy I’ve been with work by everything logged in my personal log book.
    Today I have back, shoulder and biceps today with a little post workout cardio. Will be training in the middle of the afternoon today which is something I’m not completely used to. I definitely prefer evening workouts ????????

    Last night leg workout ( hamstring dominante )

    Wide squat: 315×6/ 315×5/ 315×6
    Widow maker squat: 225×21
    Wide leg press: 408×10/408×10/408×10 (7 sec tempo on the way down)
    Leg ext: 150×20/ 190×20
    Lying hamstring curls: 155×10/155×10/125×10 (slow eccentric)
    Smith stiff legs: 185×15/ 185×15
    Standing leg curls: 35×20/ 35×20/ 25×20
    Calf raises: 3 sets x failure ( 10 sec eccentric , 8 sec concentric)

    Woke up today at 222.4lbs… will be getting my higher carbs today and also a really intense leg workout hamstring dominate.

    Currently only training legs once a weeks since it’s one of my best body parts and sometimes feel like it over power my upper body.
    Also doing some cardio afterwards in the form of just walking on a treadmill. Training legs really beats me up but I’m more of an Endomorph and to loose fat I really need to kick my ass.
