Today was a none lifting day but I still did cardio.
Currently doing cardio every day for 30 mins. ( except sundays… Sundays are completely off days).
Current macros on training days: 234P/65F/195C
Macros on Non-weightlifting days: 234p/65F/145C
Macros on leg day: 234P/46F/300C
Currently 11.5 weeks out from my first NPC show, the Jay Cutler Classic. I’m currently sitting at 220lbs and looking to compete under 197lbs as a light heavyweight.
For my cycle staying really conservative since it’s only my second cycle:

40mgs Ostarine
