    It can be beneficial : for joints reasons.

    Training forarms re inforce your grip and can add some muscle tissue around, to support your wrist and tendons

    sometimes arms or back workouts are not enough to get strong forearms.

    Basically forearms grow while you grow back and arms, but it’s good to add it complementary with wrist curls

    okay thanks ! do you think doing 2 to 3 sets a week would be enough volume spread across 2 sessions or so ?

    I like adidas ultra boost or hokas where them everyday at work, hospital and get around 20k steps and on the treadmill my feet never hurt.

    Please don’t train triceps the day after presses , your arms will literally shrink doing this

    Biceps is fine as the tri long head engages in back work so antagonist deactivation will see biceps rather untouched . Your literally doing back work thah hirs tri, press work that hits tri and then next day doing tri – that’s how you stay on 16 inch arms forever

    Please actually train the whole leg in lower A . 4 sets squats is meh , do some leg curls at least

    The rest is fine

    how would you program arms into this split ? Just having hard time finding where they should fit
