Jp when did you take your first cycle ? And what was the outcome as far as you keeping the results and did you regret it afterwards ? I heard in your first cycle vid you made good results but you didn’t mention after the cycle

I dislike training with a full stomach , as long as you feel good to train then i would think it’s good , as far as post workout as long as you had enough fats earlier in the day , i believe a steady meal of protein and carbs would be fine.
