Free test = 911.4 ng/DL
At 200mg, I usually am around 1000-1200 total and 250-400 free. I also changed brands so clearly stronger even at 300.

I should add the reta helps my chronic migraines which was my goal in taking it but the ability to lose a few lbs and lower food noise is SO appreciated
