This is defo dose depending , if it’s 37.5 for example then you can just pull it , if it’s more I would taper down by 12.5 each time until your at 37.5 and then drop from there

Do you always incorporate t4 when taking T3? Is it really needed or can you use T3 solo?

I don’t see a need to get insulin directly from manufacture as it’s very easy to know if it’s real or fake by 1 injection and if it’s fake well then that source just automatically lost customers IMO
