Very curious myself too. I find it hard to believe that it’s considered the best of the 3 because it is the longest acting so if you have any negative sides you have to wait a while before it leaves the system… and then when you first start taking it, it takes a longer time to actually kick in… and when you want to come off and clean out it takes longer to do so… I like Ace the best and that’s all I’ve used just because it easier to manipulate…

I would also ALWAYS go to the arena with a bag that had , bagels, fruit, EAA, whey isolate, Gatorade, and energy bars just to be prepared. It’s also VERY difficult to gauge your caloric output because depending on game or practice it can Barry SO much. So I’d definitely just eat enough so you feel satisfied and have good energy but you can also gauge how much you need to refill by how hard you think you went on that given day.

Hey man I was a former AAA hockey player and played semi pro aswell before I found my true passion of bodybuilding.
What level are you playing? I don’t see how you would be able to get a “bodybuilding “ style intra drink with protein and carbs during the game in between shifts and this will just fuck up ypur digestion. I would stick to what all the NHL pros have been doing for YEARS! Just water and Gatorade on the bench and then during intermission in the locker room you could take down a scoop of EAA. Then immediately post game I would have a scoop of whey isolate and a banana. Pre game just make sure you have a high carb meal with 30-50g protein and a little fat to help it digest slower for released energy. Right before the game I would also have a banana or some sort of energy bar because I was also eating 6,000 calories at that time.
At the end of the day just make sure you do what helps your performance the best and what you feel best. Just make sure you get enough in before and after the game and throughout the rest of the day and you will be fine.

Tbh if you physically and mentally feel like crap with your low testosterone levels why live that way? Wouldn’t you rather feel amazing while being on TRT and actually enjoy your life? If it causes high blood pressure on TRT dose I would say it would probably have more to do with you diet than anything. Watch your sodium, drink plenty of water, do your cardio, and take supplements that help lower blood pressure and just monitor it.

I agree with the down regulation and also most scientific research looks at an EOD approach I believe especially the stuff that’s relevant to us.
I prefer a EOD dosing for muscle gains n recomp goals.
Daily for health, longevity and fat loss.
Remember these studies are aiming to achieve a specific goal within the body.
It’s only relevant to you if you want that goal.
Larger less frequent dosing means higher spike in IGF n thus more growth potential._________________________________________

What about an approach like 4iu Then 2iu next day then 4iu etc. in that rotation? Would that not pose better results then just on off on off EOD approach?
