    @hilly dose lantus insulin expire? On the box it says “once open discard after 30 days”. It’s been 30 days now but still have like half the bottle left. Is this still good to use or no?

    I would use it happily.
    If anything it may of degraded a little bit I doubt it

    I would go NPP all day and it will give you the same benefits in regards to joints if you get these from Deca.
    I would go 300 test and 200mg NPP to start injected MWF

    I have actually seen some videos of people talking about that but mostly with the deca ester not npp. Although it’s the same compound nandrolone. So maybe just person dependent but they’ve also said to have less sides with npp vs deca

    Free T3 imo and from my experience is the most important thyroid marker as T3 is the active form of thyroid in our body. I would get that checked ASAP and go from there. TSH is what tells our body to produce more t4 and T3 which most of t4 gets converted into the active form which is T3… so get free T3 checked ASAP

    been putting into place my off season diet
    I plan to start the actual doet 100% when I’m back from holiday
    I’m back on the 20th and thst will be the real start of nutrition plan
    at current I’m eating 6 x a day and what i Want To eat
    I haven’t done this in many years so decided if it’s to be done it’s best to do now

    So basically same meals each day just taking out carbs with the 2 chicken meals and adding in fats?

    Also are you measuring portions or just eating till satisfied basically?

    51kg high incline press – 3rd time lucky haha
    i did 48kg x 3 first set then 51kg x 1 and an eccentric
    then 40kg x 10 as my back off

    300mg would be a great start point. I prefer NPP to deca, way less sides for me and it’s in and out quick which I like. On paper 300mg of nandrolone is 300mg of nandrolone but I definitely feel more from NPP than deca, maybe because it hits me quicker but who knows.

    Ok thanks for all the feedback. I’ll probably start with 300mg but was thinking maybe this would be too much for my first time and don’t want to “play my cards too quickly” but would anything less even be effective?

    Also between deca and npp would the weekly dosage be the same? Like 300mg npp a week would be equal in strength to 300mg deca a week? (Besides deca taking longer to build up in system due to longer ester)

    Well bcaa are 3 of the eaa. So they aren’t entirely useless but having the full spectrum of eaa is FAR superior for muscle growth and only having the 3 bcaa will only “flip the switch” but cannot “light the room” because it’s not ALL the eaa that would “light the room”

    What stating dosage would you recommend and how long to run it for? I was thinking 300mg a week split into 3 shots ( M,W,F) for 12-16 weeks run alongside 300mg test e?

    I’d definitely save the orals for pre contest, they’ll most likely kill your appetite and have you feeling pretty shitty. A good second injectable might be something like EQ or NPP depending on your goals. I wouldn’t touch tren yet, save that for when you will really benefit from it, if at all

    Ok that’s what I was thinking. Something like npp. What dose would you run that at? And why npp over deca?
