    Or did you mean insulin protocol wise on off days, if so I would advise a good GDA and/metformin on those days to try and maintain insulin sensitivity , get your HbA1C done every 6 weeks at least in the beginning, and morning and post workout blood sugar
    I realise now I misread what you was asking but hopefully this shall cover some of it, I shall rewrite anything I didn’t cover for you tomorrow brother

    Are you saying to use insulin with metformin or gda on rest days or use a gda or metformin instead of insulin on rest day?

    Now I have even less of an idea, my fasted blood glucose today was 27… Real low.
    and this was after a day OFF insulin

    27mg/dl!?!? When was this taken!? That impossible you didn’t pass out at that level. When did you take this!?

    So guys this week is full rest and next week I may do bits at home it this is the diet to give digestion a little rest so one less meal and less protein and carbs with higher fats which will also help hold composition in a nice place ready to blast off season

    I would say a cut would be the best time to use more since you are trying to preserve muscle and performance or even gain while in a bulk the food should be the main focus

    First proper carb load day drawing to a close with one meal left
    Meals have all been
    150g cream rice
    20g honey
    100g banana
    20g almond butter
    80g cooked turkey
    100g asparagus
    Water will be around 10litre including water to cook cream of rice – I wouldn’t normally factor this but it is nearly 5 litres as I have 800ml per meal so it’s quite adequate and definitely worth noting
    Feeling very good and food pushing through very smoothly ?
    I think we will check in the am and feel we can push a tad more than today even pushing 175-200g carbs x 6 ?
    Loving the process and enjoying the food ??

    Quads looking crazy in that update pic brother!!!! Big ramy is out which absolutely sucks because I would have loved to see a side by side comparison as I feel you could EASILY match him in size with better conditioning!!!! Goodluck brother!!!?

    So I’ll replace all carbs with fats and just match the calories.
    Meal 1 – 150g beef, 100g avocado 10 egg whites
    Meal 2 – 50g whey 35g nut butter
    Meal 3 – 200g salmon, 50g avocado, 15g almond butter
    Meal 4 – 200g chicken 50g avocado 15g almond butter
    Meal 5 – 200g beef and veg
    Meal 6 – 50 g whey

    What’s the reason for switching carbs for fats and keeping same total calories? Also good luck mate!!! Looking crazy and deserve that card more than anyone!!! Midsection and delts are 100% crazy strong body parts!!!

    Wishing all the best brother!!? you gonna do any think to speed recovery such as peptides or increase hgh? And will this cause you to come to a cruise now or keep pushing since you can still train the rest of your body?

    Absolutely love npp as a second compound and that’s exactly what I did. 450-500 test and 300npp and has crazy results. Definitely doesn’t hurt to get bloods done mid cycle to check everything and see if caber is needed

    Tore my quad pretty badly on the leg press , misjudged the band tension as I had some new heavy bands , first set for 10 was fine , went up second set and left quad tore quite badly . That leg will be out of action for a bit , I predict based on how it felt , sounded, how sore it is now that will take 3 months to be able to do anything that could count as stimulus and then probs a couple months after that to get back to where I am. Upsetting but it is what it is, sessions won’t change , just single leg press and single leg ext on the good leg . Bad leg start very very light once it will let me , and then work it’s way back up , usual rehab approach. Avoid any pain, don’t rush it. Meh , 5 month set back isn’t ideal at all but it’s just one body part , so not the end of the world

    This is the norditropin nordiflex I have. See the difference with the box. It should have the batch number, serial number. Manufacturer date and expiration date
