Ya for drawing the gear in I would use 1 inch needle and like 18 gauge just to make it easier then you take that needle off once you have drawn test into syringe and put the 23g on and inject. Don’t forget your alcohol swabs and etc for sanitation

While taking T3, are there certain food that I should avoid? I’ve heard things like broccoli, spinach and those crusifserus vegetables may impair T3 absorption?

Id suggest 1- 1 1/2 inch needle with 23 gauge for injection. You can get them anywhere. Not sure where you live but you can go to any pharmacy and just buy them there no problem.

Agreed with what everyone is saying… chocolate bar with some protein in it which has probably degraded if anything due to all the filler and chemicals used to keep the bar and the whey “shelf stable”. Tbh I’d say you’d be better off having a scoop of whey isolate and a chocolate bar lol. But in reality I’d just drink a scoop of whey and throw in some rice cakes to get some carbs and thrown in a tbsp nut butter for fats if your on the go and need something quick. Any gas station would have that.
