    Hey Jamie what time of day do you take your Clen and do you split the dose?

    If I train after meal 1 would you still take Clen in the am pre training?

    I have to take 225mcg a day of levothyroxine due to under-active thyroid!
    Saw your insta post about adductors the other day. Great advice. Tried it with four-sec neg and 1-2 concentric and works a treat. You’re right on Tom Platz.

    Why not just use the active form T3 instead of having to take such a high dose of t4 and always have the uncertainty of it not converting?

    Check in today, happy again with the visual change… just happy to be rid of the hiccups lol that was horrendous. Progressing fast now.

      7 weeks out on sunday

    training day diet and drug changes. Looking d=forwards to that diet change as I know ill change fast on that.
    recap entire diet with cardio/steps:

      Workout Day Meals

    Meal 1 – 100g salmon, 150g chicken breast
    Meal 2 – 250g chicken, 150g sweet potato
    Meal 3 – 250g 5% fat beef
    Pre- 250g chicken, 55g ground rice, 65g frozen blueberries.
    Intra -50c 30p
    Post- 250g Chicken, 130g rice
    Pre bed- 600ml egg whites, 15g nut butter, 100g frozen blueberries.
    30p in night

      Rest day diet

    M1: 100g salmon, 150g chicken
    M2: 300g white fish, 65g rice
    M3: 250g 5% fat beef
    M4: 250g chicken, 250g sweet potato
    M5: 250g chicken, 65g rice
    M6: 2 whole eggs, 35g protein from whey or 320ml egg whites, 15g almond butter
    30p in night
    Steps
    6k training day
    8k rest day
    2 rounds posing fasted
    25 mins fasted cardio rest day @125bpm
    Drug changes, NPP is out for trenbolone acetate and masteron prop. Never gone up to 400mg and 300mg on these drugs, we’ll see that it brings some good visual change as well as strength retention in the gym as we dive into these penultimate weeks ahead. Test reduced also, so should see some more clarity with less water from drop in test and removal of NPP.

    I will continue pinning ed, so ml wise it works out like below. split into 2 shots per day, its 0.95ml in two barrels. Low volume is safer imo to avoid dodgy shots, calcification and infection risk. 27g needle also used so near slin pin gauge to limit scar tissue.

    500mg primo/week = 0.7ml/day
    400mg tren/week = 0.57ml/day
    300mg mast/week = 0.42ml/day
    lab wise:
    syntholan- anavar, sustanon
    dimensions- tren, primo
    med tech- primo
    fenris- sustanon, tren
    some french pharmaceutical brand can’t remember brand – masteron
    mix brands as you can see, just go back and forth between vials to use up some old stuff.

    I used it during 2 preps within a year, I use growth hormone… etc… whether or not they are the reasons, I’m just reactive to my blood work and respond accordingly.

    Sorry don’t quite get your question? If you mean why does that dose put me in normal range then perhaps I have not fully bounced back from using thyroxine in previous preps.

    No I mean like the actual number on the test. You said it puts you at very low range of normal and I’m just curious what the actual number is

    Ya I personally have when I first started TRT my doctor had me on 12.5 Aromasin EOD with 120mg test e a week… felt like dog shit. All I did was take it out and never use any so unless in prep to finish the look etc. higher estrogen is essential for building muscle and other functions.

    How was the refeed of 1000g carbs? Was this on training or rest day and do you keep meals the exact same but just add more carbs or do you lower protein and fats too help get the extra carbs in?

    Lovely session, I’m so happy with my knees atm, as they were super sore and they have really come back to health ( avoiding things that hurt , that’s literally it)
    So today after my pendulum paused set ( 4th compound ) I was able to superset a banded leg ext set up. Obv this was fuck all weight , but I was able to squeeze into the bands lower the eccentric , pause in the stretch and contract my quads really hard at the top. I took a pic of how I did this for anyone else that has knees like mine that can’t leg ext at all! Next time I will use more band tension and pop on some ankle weights , I think this will really allow me to improve a little more ?
    Db curl x 14 , x 22
    Lying ham curl x 9 + 1 , x 20
    Adductor rest pause 14-3-2
    Pivot leg press x 9 , x 6 , x 14
    Paused pendulum x 8 Into banded leg ext contractions ( not sure how many wasn’t counting, didn’t fail , was just feeling this out )
    Glute drive one and half’s x 7 , I ddI a lunge for my second glute set. Didn’t like it, back to 2 sets of glute drive
    Leg raise heavy weighted rest pause 7-3-2
    Dc calf on leg press x 15
    Super super pleased and excited with that session. Now just have to manage the knees, stay injury free, improve my fitness even more ( this is SO important and will be the first thing I address when I change direction into a surplus , I will go at the fitness work, as I know if I can get really really really efficient , I can build some legs to be proud of before we call
    This a day on getting bigger ? ?

    When are you going to be going into a surplus? Still no shows planned for this year? I know you are very concentrated on Corrine and your clients as you have mentioned but god damn I have NO idea how you don’t have that ifbb pro card!!! Absolutely boggles my mind every single day

    Var IP, Syn is fine but don’t have it tested in lab so the « feeling » is like it is underdosed, but not cut with anything else. 50mg feels like 30 ? hope it help bud[/quote]
    Epic. Using both Syn and IP right now and trying to decide which I like best. Can’t really tell but I think IP is better. Just find IP oils have more PIP.

    I don’t see eating all your meals in that time frame before bed to be beneficial at all… your training is definitely suffering going all day not eating and then training in the evening… I don’t see why you can’t prep a few meals in the evening for the next day? Weather they are liquid or whole food just doesn’t make sense. Even having 3 meals of oats or cereal mixed in a whey with nut butter or almonds will benefit you
