Rest day yesterday guys nothing really to report.
Me and Jordan said this weekend would be a perfect time to take a little extra rest 6 weeks out so I’m having 2 days rest here where I’ll just skip out the arm day today and be back in for legs tomorrow.
This is so I’m fresh for the final push.
I’ll most likely stick with half the volume in my leg session as well which will then lead into another rest day before attacking the full volume normal plan back on push next week.
I’ve learnt this last year that knowing when to pull back as well as push is vital for your progress.
Learn your body, study your log book and take rest when needed ?Definitely something I’ve always struggled with is knowing when to pull back… that mentality of always thinking you need and want to do more is so detrimental at certain times…

I genuinely think its an internet rumor, is a testosterone derivative that aromatises at 50% of test, I cant see a direct mechanism myself. I know it is known that high doses of it can make you feel shit, not tren like, but equally its Veterinary medicine. However that doesn’t make it unsafe, it’s known for its mild anabolic capabilities, people have hypothesized it depletes GABA, a calming neurotransmitter, but I don’t see how an anabolic drug can have such an effect in that way, it’s not known to stimulate androgen centers in the brain like tren/halo as its mildly androgenic or nandrolone and the cerebellum. So truthfully I think its a perpetuated message board myth, or past down from bodybuilders who have pushed the dose to a level where they feel physically uncomfortable. There many many anecdotal stories of EQ anxiety, but I am yet to see a psychopharmacological explanation,
Sorry I couldn’t be of much help, if this continues, a mechanism or not, the anxiety is real for you and on that base the gains you will get from eq vs anxiety, then it simply not worth. Try Primobolan, low dose NPP, slightly higher dosages of test.

Just curious but what are these high doses of Tren that make you feel like shit? In what way exactly do they make you feel like shit and why? Would you say it’s mostly due to lack of sleep due to cns stimulation?

Potentially but best way is to either send HGH in for lab testing or get IGF1 levels tested in bloodwork. Ultimately buy from a reputable source

Var IP, Syn is fine but don’t have it tested in lab so the « feeling » is like it is underdosed, but not cut with anything else. 50mg feels like 30 ? hope it help bud[/quote]
Epic. Using both Syn and IP right now and trying to decide which I like best. Can’t really tell but I think IP is better. Just find IP oils have more PIP.You get IP var lab tested? If so what other have you got tested?

Hamstring wasn’t playing ball so opted for v squat which funnily I hate however it’s the only thing I could do without feeling like my ham was going to pop again.
Felt pretty devastated found my tampon I am ok now, I’ve been through worse. Got stabbed at 3 weeks out in 2017 funnily enough messaged Jordan back then same as I did today got no sympathy carried on with prep just as I am now.

Went to strength asylum today to train arms with the Viking and big Si
Great session – the more I train arms the more I feel they should be a staple in your split not just an add on for many people
Reasons why – this makes more sense when you are very strong!! So if your weak this might not apply
When you’re strong you create a great recovery demand so hitting things more frequently won’t make sense unless session volume is way down to accommodate
The arm day in a 2 on one off split not only gives the arms more attention and they WILL grow but it acts as an extra day of more food with less output which aids recovery also
End of the day frequency means nothing without application ??I find arm days also increase strength on pressing and pulling movement too. So I always have an arm day and believe everyone should

If you are lean enough and I mean peeled then adding anadrol in 7-10 days out can be a game changer. I’ve seen it transform some physiques. Halo along side this is fine as is any other oral

Andrew , I love that you share , but we have to smash those posts with tons of disclaimers to try to scare people off like Brandon who I can tell is already thinking about trying this when I know he is not even close to needing to consider it.Brandon, put on 30-40 pounds of muscle with just moderate aas doses and then revisit this please . Same for everyone else The post Andrew has put up is basically what Jamie and Kuba did in offseason ( pros ) , I don’t because my gut wouldn’t handle it but I have essentially done it with Milos in the past just excluding the long slin . Please please please don’t be idiots guys , this stuff won’t make you grow faster before you need it , and need is such a ridiculous word also , no one needs it . So , want it ….
Thanks for that Jordan, I was going to state in my next posts that these compounds are very dangerous, and if ‘misused’ (however you choose to define that term) can cause irreparable physical damage. What I am discussing here is a scientific hypothesis of the pharmacological mechanisms of action based upon research not ‘gains 20lbs in 30 days’ bullshit. Many of these mechanisms are not fully understood and if anyone wishes to swim such deep waters it’s at his judgement of the research. I am not a doctor, medically trained, or even a competitive bodybuilder, I’m just a science nerd who likes to discuss his ideas and help people with their bodybuilding/strength related goals where and when I can. Going forward I shall preface and end my post with a clear disclaimer, please don’t take these statements as being sarcastic or piss-taking as they will be outright obvious. Hey JP, as you mostly hate the Hammer machines, it’s there any Hammer strength machine that you like?
Maybe the shoulder press? Or the flat chest press?I also hate most plate loaded hammer strength especially the plate loaded shoulder press. I absolutely love the mts hammer pin select kit though. Only problem is you need the gym pin to add weight to the stack to go heavy enough.
