Epic thanks guys! Just wanted to hear some different options and get some different view points on the topic!

This is up for huge debate.
In terms of maximising then fat loss benefits then doing 1-2iu per go is in theory better.
You will likely have a lower impact on BG over time this way.
For a higher spike in IGF a bigger bolus dose is better.
It depends on your goal n train of thought as to how you want to go ahead with dosing.
Many many people feel a dose of 4-5iu once a day pre bed or on waking works best.
Then there is very god science to say taking your dose pre workout makes sense.
Then the approach of EOD higher dosing when looking to grow maximum does make a lot of sense and is how it’s ran in science or used to be.
After years of trying several ways n speaking to hundreds of people my final thoughts are
As long a your good along it regularly your gd for 95% of the benefit.
A larger EOD dosing does seem to work very well and I feel better for growth.
Splitting the dose daily makes a lot of sense to maximise fat loss but again how much better than once a day we have no idea.
I’ve gone the long way around this for info for the whole board.
So I feel there is no issue with what you are doing n no need to change.
I’m a big fan of Patrick n think along the same lines as he does n awe full lot.
However injecting more than 2-3 iu is not wasted , it’s h impossibility n there has to be benefit or they wouldn’t do it in medicine.
However I don’t think he was saying no benefit full stop but he didn’t elaborate._________________________________________

But we also can’t rely on medicine being very accurate and etc. because they also prescribe TRT 1 shot test cyp or Enanthate ever 2-4 weeks or nebido test undecanoate ever 4-8 weeks which is absurd… so it seems to be very cloudy water and I guess the only way would be to try each and see for Myself.
But I am currently in a gaining phase so the goal is to build as mulch lean tissue as possible and not fat loss

What T3 level do you look for when using it for baseline vs using it for dieting phase ?

TERRIBLE idea!!!! Once you start you WILLNOT STOP!!! Just facts!!! No matter the dose and no matter the compound you chose, once you have the feeling of PED you will never ever ever ever ever want to be natural again… who wants to be Superman and then a homeless man? That’s literally the feeling. And that’s considered that your actually able to get your test back to normal after the cycle but it will DEFINITELY not go back to what it was before your cycle. It’s a dangerous road to go down and 10000% not worth it for just 1 cycle and for the reasons you mentioned on why you want to do it….
PED are a life long commitment… oral or injection… so please please don’t take that path if your only doing it for that 1 cycle and to gain a little size…

Hey Jordan just a question regarding your T3. Your taking 50mcg daily right now? Correct me if I’m wrong but you take 25mcg all year round right? After this diet how will you go about lowering your T3? Slow and steady or just drop right to your baseline 25mcg?

I completely agree with you in ever sense but I was just thinking like hypothetically. Yes that would be ridiculous to use T3 and keep eating more to offset it but was just speaking hypothetically.

Ok totally get it! Definitely makes sense!So you went from 50t3 right to 100 and took a meal out and also added in more cardio all at the same time and then you just withered away muscle?
