Thank you very much for your feedback Kuba!
Then I’m probably stressing myself out too much by always wanting to make progress.
Thank you for your words. I will try to keep my training weights at 101% intensity with the mindset while maintaining good execution -
Hi Rich,
Thanks for your feedback!
I will definitely give it a try.
I could certainly reduce my warm-up sets, especially for upper body units.
And if I do 1-2 warm-up sets, then really only 1-2 repetitions so that I don’t waste any energy on my working-sets.
Best regards,
Lucas

Yes, that sounds useful
If the muscle group is already warm from previous exercises, I don’t think it’s necessary to do several warm-up sets, as you say.
Just one set to get into the exercise and get a feeling for it before going into the working set.

Thank you very much for your feedback and assessment in this case!
I will try to reduce the warm-up sets a little in the coming weeks.
And then I will see to what extent it influences my training feeling during the sets and my training performance.
Maybe I might be able to generate more output in the working-sets and it will probably have a positive effect on my recovery management.
Thankyou and Best regards!
