Nope I have lots of fats in my diet recently. Whole eggs, almond butter , and coconut oil. Lean beef too

Current Cycle , Test P 500mg , Tren A Mast P Alternate 100mg
Winstrol 60mg , anavar 60mg , Proviron 50mg , Halotestin added 10mg a day (v mild, just to see what it does)
AE- Alternate Letro And Adex 1tabProtein is 340 everyday, Carbs is 450g on Chest Days (2 days a week now) , leg day is only 85g carbs and other days are 150-200g , cheat meal at meal 4 Sunday , Today was 2 x Burgers and Fries , 20 pieces of Sushi (mix of salmon,shrimp and Tuna) and 1.5bowl of fruit + sorbet (around 80g carbs)
Training is 6x a week , back x2 chest x 2 delts tris x1 and leg x 1
Goal for next 3 weeks is all quad separation, deep tissue e5d I need my quad to be peeled , my upper seems to be getting pretty lean:) Need to hold upper Fullness now and get my quad peeled!

I tried uploading pics but there were some sort of bugs and I couldn’t . If the response continues I will keep updating 3-4 times a week, trying to balance my own business (I manage a toy company in Hong Kong:) ) and prep have been hectic . I will do a full update now:)

Chest day carbs been bumped to 490g
And Thursday we train Chest again so 2x Chest sessions a week with Slin implemented on both days (only days with slin now)We are dropping weight too fast so extra carbs !:) happy bunny

Thermogenic wise I’m using 10mg of Yohimbine Hcl , 1 cap Shreddabull and 60mcg Clen 2 on 2 off with ketotifen 1mg with Clen , this combo had me cold sweating hours after….doesn’t feel too right, might drop out shredabull soon

Thanks for asking, I thought no one cared so I didn’t make an update????So cardio have been dropped , not in terms of time but intensity, gone from Stepper to Just Treadmill Walk. 40-45 mins 6x a week
On my chest day we have added 120g carbs today around the workout perimeter with HBCD
Back day added 20g carbs from rice pre train meal
And surprisingly weight are dropping faster, we kept 1 weekly cheat meal with whatever I want and at first I kept it “reasonable” but then I realise I don’t fill out at all I added in 2-3 portions of Dessert (mostly sorbet, around 150g carbs) + 1 high fat high carbs meal on Sunday. Last week I increased by 0.8lbs but weight dropped back to baseline 1 day later and 2 days later I was 2 lbs down. Check in on Friday and looks like we are going to add a little bit more carbs back in !
No change in cycle yet
