When loading this many carbs what sort of carb source are you taking in?? I couldn’t imagine loading 1400g of carbs from oats and potato :O

Hi JP I notice you have been using long acting ester, is this to reduce injection frequency? No difference in terms of holding water between long and short acting ester compound? Thanks!

I have been focusing on trying to increase my incline and flat barbell bench strength,I do feel a great deep stretch when i bring the bar down and touching the chest however it has caused some shoulder discomfort, would you recommend stopping before where my shoulder feels uncomfortable and be consistent in my range of motion when trying track with my log book??
I have been lazy with my stretching and definitely need to incorporate more static stretch Post workout!! Also i see that you do a lot of abductor/aductor work, do you think thats a great exercise to contribute thickness for your inner thigh?? They certainly burn!!
And with the nose bleed, thats probably why, didn’t really keep up with my water intake post comp that could be the reason!

I had a “coach” when i ran my first cycle and I told him i wanted to be sensible and do Test only , and he laughed at me and put me on Test Deca and EQ and Dbol , i refused to and Just did Test and EQ, made some great gains but i felt that even without the EQ it would have been similar. And also the PCT he advised me to do was Test E 250mg split into 2 dose , whilst running hcg and clomid and tamoxifen and arimidex… I am no expert on cycle but when i saw the PCT he sent me i was super skeptical about the whole thing, why would you cruise and at the same time run PCT drugs…. didn’t make sense to me. So i just did a standard PCT. Coming off my second cycle and doing a PCT right now!Hopefully can keep most gains 🙂
