I use to do steak and white rice as a pre meal i think i just tend to workout better on a fuller stomach odd as that seems, even days when i slam a blueberry muffin pre i tend to like a little extra water for my workouts but not entirely a fucking bloated mess. i’ll go back to the steak for a little and see how it goes. I do cluster dextrin start sipping 15 mins pre and sometimes a rice krispies treat with before that for extra blood sugar spike.

Is it a Smith machine that moves on an angle. If so make sure you’re pushing the weight up and back towards your head. When pressing the other way it causes you to almost shrug and interally rotate which can stress joints.

Thanks Jordan for the quick response, appreciate that. I’ll experiment with dose and see how it goes. Pre is enough for just aggression and maybe some added strength or you think it’s possible for tissue as well?

Eat what you can and rest until better buddy, no other way if you train like this will likely make it worse. Get some strong anti hystamines too

his three way split is nice but he’s right about advanced guys. you’ll get worn quick rest pausing everything in that split.

I had to up it to, currently using 60mg a day and seems to be working. May go to 80 but might not be necessary. Harsh drug and try to keep it as low as possible. 20mg a day is very low though.
think i’ll give the 20mg a chance for a full month (one more week at this dose) then i’ll up it when i grab some more. i’ll do good for a day or two then as my one shoulder starts to calm the other will flare up. i’m also using panoxyl body wash 10% benzoyl peroxide and have cut all dairy for now. also dropped equipoise which is a nasty one for acne if you’re prone
