Cheers guys! Currently took 4 x 50 mg already during the past few days. Had tren cough once already damn it.
When would you say it really starts to “kick in”? Test has been lowered to 350 (500 previously).
10 or so days bud but if you know the feel you’ll notice how much better it partitions your food almost immediately. I know it sounds weird but I can literally feel the food i’ve eaten going to my muscles and filling them up (this is probably mostly water and nutrients but there’s definitely a different fullness feeling you learn to love about tren over time

How long have you been on the Eq, this can give some lethargy?
I would suggest getting bloods done.

For condition check always look at your fattest body part that is a true measure of your condition.
From here on you could really push on for more then you’ll be in a great spot to grow

So keep dieting hard, maybe reduce carbs in a week or two and stay with my cardio, keep pushing weights as well and see how the tren plays out after a few weeks?

cals yesterday were 300/124/51. Admittedly low on pro for me on an off day but still okay. Pretty tired after a pull session two days ago and about 16k steps last night, sweating my arse off in my girlfriends thousand degree room all night 🙁 super dehydrated. Still pretty lean on quads and arms, lots of vascularity. Midsection back and glutes need to lose some fat as well as the chest, they tend to look tighter on more carbs but that’s everyone on tren

Pumps are pretty good still kuba. Some days it feels like cinder blocks are on my feet at work but others im peppy as ever. I’ve reduced split to one leg session every two rotations as I’ve got a nagging knee injury I just keep working over, so leg days will be largely RDLS and Hams and Glute Bridges if I can tolerate it for the next couple weeks.

Performance in terms of lifts? I’m getting stronger on my main lifts in most aspects, though strength dropoff is pretty great around the 3rd or 4th exercise. What else performance wise?

I also find it difficult to get enough protein in purely from food sources (schedule, food availability outside of prepped food etc)
Do people have any tips on how to identify a ‘quality’ protein?Thanks!

Whey Iso, Egg Whites (Drink or Eat), Turkey Breast 28g protein per 4 oz, Pick your favorite protein and rotate with your whey every other meal. should be fairly simply to get down three shakes and two lbs chicken

hey buddy, adding clem and tren in will definitely have an impact so there will be no real.need to drop cals anymore too soon. Are you aiming to compete? Sounds like you have a good idea of how your body works, i wouldn’t want to lose more than a kg a week ideally, the slower you come down the better

Thanks for responding so fast. I agree! Not aiming to compete anytime soon just wanna lean down before I really start to throw on some size and progress strength wise. After this lean phase I plan on taking at least a year to get strong as fuck and stay there for a while, then see how things are looking competitively.
I will say I have slacked on my cardio some but I’ve come a long way without much scheduled cardio because of so many steps at my jobs. I noticed my intra tends to keep my weight stable and more fuller and when I don’t use it i tend to empty out quite quickly. Maybe that’s another card I can save as I know James and JP still use a lot of intra during prep.

i’ve taken as high as 100mg ed last summer and it was too much. I was shitting water and couldn’t hold down much of anything that entire week.
