    Hey guys, I stopped clen. Yes in a calorie deflect, problem was I was buzzed until mid-day as took the dose in the am and i couldn’t sleep much on it

    about 1kg a week. i started at 97.5kg now at 86.3kg but thats from start of December. Been in a calorie deficit since mid December.

    Very true, would you just cut down on the cardio and keep the diet the same?

    Yes my workouts are because im tired by the time weight training comes round!

    Brill thanks for your advice. I’m pretty lean my abs are there abouts in the Am. I will keep assessing and drop it necessary

    Perfect thanks for advise guys. Do you guys advice being 800 below maintenance calories aswell? I’m 7 weeks out and pretty lean now

    Hello, my pt has put me on 50mcg a day or t3 and 40mcg of clen. I feel very hungry most of the day. I’m below maintenance of 500 calories already. Also doing my cardio so 850 deflict altogether. I’m 7 weeks out and relatively lean
