Just my experience mate. I was on cycle for 5 years, dropped to a trt dose of 125 a week with 500 IU of hcg 2x a week and got my girlfriend pregnant within a month👍 hope this helps. You might not need to drop the test

If anything coming off test will increase your anxiety in my view . Why would you think TRY is triggering your anxiety?

Just trying to cut everything out to find out if it’s me or something I’m doing/ taking. Might not be the test

What is food intake – cutting ? Growing ?

    What is job ?

    Are you tired all

Day or at specific times ?

How high is quality of sleep

Currently in a maintenance phase. I’m an admin manager so seated all day.

Tired all of the day, I don’t track sleep to be honey. We’ve got a 13 week old so the first few weeks was up quite a bit through the night but now he’s sleeping in?

Thanks dude appreciate that! I tried the dream sleep but unfortunately didn’t agree with me. Found it kept me awake. Think it might of been the 5HTP and then found I was drowsy in the mornings.

I found my competitive anxiety improved drastically once I started working with a sports psychologist.

I struggled with competition and had a feeling of not wanting to compete several times especially in the build up to the show usually in the athlete line up. I would feel sick, dizzy and want to go into “Limp home mode” in terms of effort and just get through the comp.

Since working with my sports psychologist I’ve come to accept some of these feelings as you can never completely remove them. They are part of my prep and I now have strategies to deal with the negative thoughts and anxiety which has transformed me as an athlete. I am in control of them now and use them for my benefit.

I would highly recommend talking to someone about your feelings and finding the correct mental strategies to deal with your anxiety.

    Thanks Adam!

I’ve suffered with chronic generalised anxiety, social anxiety and various other anxiety conditions for a long time.

All these things, CBD, Theanine, various supplements etc will help superficially.

You need to get to the route cause and address that in my opinion.

CBT or ACT are what will make the biggest difference. Many people say it’s saved their life!

    Hope you get better soon.

amazing guys thanks for the advice!

In terms of supplements, Halcyon is a very good product to help manage stress and induce calm. Some people also find certain CBD supplements help.

Aside from that I’d be trying to identify triggers and write down any worries/thoughts/ideas down on paper, particularly before bed to prevent overthinking at night.

Reduce/eliminate stimulants from the diet and practice meditation or deep breathing.

Thank you Clare for the quick response

This is more than likely the after effects of covid after hearing what others have experienced, so if it is that, it’s just a case of prioritising your health, eating well, staying active and keeping on top of health supps.

Getting a full blood test is never a bad idea though to check what’s going on.

Thank you for your reply Clare, yes it could be covid just frustrating when you feel so tired and down in yourself

That’s re assuring mate was it heavy blasts etc ? I’ve done some high doses 2 weeks would be perfect I’ll try my best did you keep your hcg in fridge ? I may try higher doses and more frequent dosing of it

Tbf mate never done anything above 500 test and 300 deca.. But still not come off since i was 17 and i’m now 24 so the HCG must of done the job for me:) I was worried about my fertility so my plan was to do HCG on cycle with TRT and if didn’t work either get HMG or come off as HMG can be hard to get/ expensive. I kept it in the fridge mate yes
