Hi Dave,
What helped for me in my prep was to go out to places where there is no direct food connection or possibility to eat.
Go for a walk in the park, go out riding the bike, stay active in the house…Those kind of things helped me a lot

What are the “main” marks to check for sure? And things I sure can not miss?

I’ve done this in the past
W1 pull -push- legs -pull -push
W2 legs-pull-push-legs-pull
W3 push-legs-pull-push-legs
…..
…..Also a good one but i was quick tiered of 5 days in a row of heavy training,
Prefer maximum 3 on in a row.
Difficulty will me exercise selection in this one, cause you will have some pull days the day after legs without any rest…
In the end its all where you can recover from and what/how you like to train.
You/we/coach can program whatever we want, if you don’t like it.. it will frustrate you quite quick

Looking trough your pictures and your shape looks already great for a 21 y/o guy.
Cycle into the show depends in what federation you’re competing.I would suggest (if possible) to go into your cycle into the show. Cycle sooner, recover, cycle again would be all to quick into eachoter before october.
October is 6 moths so 12 weeks cycle, recover is already 6 moths….

Hi maurice,
Imo could get a great progress by just running test a couple more times. Maybe a second compound but 3 compounds wouldn’t be needed. Seeing your age you can still grow a lot by doing less drug and focus on food, training and recovery.
(This is just my opinion or advice)
