    Hi Hilly,
    Thanks for answering.
    Didn’t start PCT jet.
Didn’t took any liver protecting cause I didn’t know liver was that “bad”. I didn’t had any problems with it.
What do you suggest? Start PCT asap or go into cruise?

In my opinion i should up kcal to were you can eat a lot and keep your bf% in a relative good point. From there on you should deside with your coach what to do.. it can take some time.

If you’re now on 2700kcal I can tell you your prep will be hard.. cause you will have to drop some kcal or increse cardio.

Give it a little more time and maybe focus on november 2021. So you can take this year 200% and make your comp next year totaly worth it!!

    Hi Louis.
How is everything going over there with the lockdown? Still possible to train over there? Hope you and your friends/family are same mate!!

Hi Tom, training is very limited in the garden with a barbell and a few plates. Just doing what I can but without access to a gym it’s not easy!! Food isn’t too much a problem at the moment but work is very quiet also. How’s things your end buddy?

I’ve got a bench from a friend and some old weights from me when I started lifting at home. (Thank god I didn’t trow them away????) food is just the same as before, the only problem is to get rice… every store we went trough they’re sold out in rice… (why is everyone buying rice these days… f*ckers) and work is at 50% now. Only 1 jobsite running. The rest is closed and office work is also a lot more quiet.. but it is what it is. The goverment locked Belgium down till 19th of april. Will see what happen after that.
    Stay safe everyone! [/quote]
Hey buddy, your pretty equipped. Can’t complain just need to get on with it isn’t it! Rice is ok here I usually buy 25kg bags of rice so I haven’t even needed to buy any! Keep working hard pal and stay safe!

    Hi JP,

Whats your opinion about other trainingprograms like Y3T and Ben Pakulski’s mi40,…

They switch every week from excercises and rep ranges. A lot different than what you do

    Hi buddy.
    Maybe more “personal” question.
Do you have an other job except bodybuilding? Or is BB your main income?
If yes, how do you plan your meals etc during work?

Hey Tom, I don’t make much of an income from BB, I coach some guys online but not many as I don’t like to take on too many people. My main occupation is a locksmith so I’m on call 24 hours a day 7 days a week. This is my main income. It’s not always easy to fit meals in when working and cook them etc as it can be go go go but just have to try my best to make it work. What do you do buddy?
