    Hi buddy.

    Maybe more “personal” question.

Do you have an other job except bodybuilding? Or is BB your main income?

If yes, how do you plan your meals etc during work?

    Hi louis,
Hope the restdays will do you well!
What’s your weight at the moment? And how was Amsterdam ????
This weekend is restdays for me. monday back in action
    Enjoy the weekend bro!

    Hi Tom,
Amsterdam was absolutely awesome! Loved it! Bit of a heavy weekend being a stag doo with the boys but thoroughly enjoyed it! Rest day was much needed! Going to take another one today and see how I feel sunday! Got around 7 weeks left of real growing time so we need to knuckle down and make sure everything is on point!! Have a great weekend bro! How is your training going? What’s the goal at the moment?? Louis

    Hi Louis,
Always nice to enjoy some time with the boys ????
Good to hear you still have some weeks left of getting big ???? 7 weeks to push hard!
With me, so-far-so-good. Training is good and meal are going in, like it should be ????
Game plan this year is october. Some show in the netherlands, (because Belgium is wada control ????????)
possible 2weeks in a row to have more appriciation from the shape than only doing 1show.
Also big chance this year is doing the classic bb/physique class in stead of mens physique. Time to show them legs. So still some time to grow and getting ready to start prep ????
Hope you have a great session on monday! Enjoy the extra restday [/quote]
Hey buddy! That’s exciting!! Good luck for these shows Make sure you work hard for them!!

I found as well that crumpets or bagels with jam post was much easier than a load of cereal.

Without a doubt – crumpets and jam are IMO way easier than 150g cereal and quicker, I actually prefer this when food is really high and then switch to rice crispies whern food drops a bit.
4 crumpets with jam or honey is likely they easiest 130-150g carbs your ever eating I think.

19 and first cycle… you’re fucked….. natural lvls will never come back #sorrybro
    (Just kidding, sarcasm )

But if you’re 19y old and start taking gear, you have NO clue of training and eating proparly, cause if you had a clue you wouldn’t start gear that young.

But for now, bloodwork needs to be done and a propper PCT should been followed…. no pct pills can replace a propper PCT
