Before fasted cardio or after? And to you take the 60mg in one time or splitting it up with some time between? And what are the benefits of that protocol? -

I’ve tried it and LOVED IT! Did 2x the e book program (2x4weeks) on a prep! And loved it, reps / weight kept going up, pumps were great and muscle is much “quality” fuller.
I’ve already 5 years training experience, with 2 years of SERIOUS progress/excecution.
(Logbook, progressive overload,….) -
Yeah, only chest is getting flat, all the rest stays quite full. But strenght is going up with every lift. Last comp was in March and also there was my chest flat. But offseason or before I go deeper in prep my chest is pretty full

Currently I’m 9 weeks out of my 2nd mens physique show this year.
Following the Jp E book and loving it! Logbook is going up every session but I’m start to notice that the fullness in mn chest is flowing away. How can I fix this so my chest keeps full during prep? -

Yes. Drop the protein around 1-1.5 gr / lean lbs bodyweight. Fats are ok, the rest you fill up with carbs. Pre-intra-post training

In my opinion : protein to high, carbs to low.
Don’t shoot me if I’m wrong. Definatly some great coaches/food pro’s on this forum. So let’s see what they’re going to say.
