I don’t see at any point really when many natural athletes will benefit from reducing the upper body frequency of u/L rest . You just don’t have the muscle that warrants the additional work / never will , so the frequency imo wins always
thank you boss, so I should stick to frequency, hammer it home and stop looking for body parts to improve as I don’t have the muscle mass that would require me to do ( rightfully so ). Did I get it right?

It might be also analysis paralysis from all the information I have gathered here and on other knowledge platforms. I.e. – don’t train a certain body part only once per week because after X days it starts to atrophy etc etc.

Hi Bruno
So you mentioned a split at the end of your question where you split your quads and hamstrings training up but then you said you are looking forward to your quads still growing and don’t want to shut growth of completely.
So my question to you, is your legs really more Advanced than your upper body?
haha yeah I know what I have said might be confusing. I just have a limiting belief, that they will not grow enough if trained once per week. Hard to get out of training them twice mentally if you know what I mean. But I guess I need to push through it tbh and get out of the comfort zone.

The weekend is a time for me when I can do more cardio, so I can keep my food higher and keep my performance on a high level as well.
