No problem. I know syn is popular among a few pros here, depending where you are in Can it’s pretty easy to find a naturopath or private practitioner that will script almost anything. Good luck -

If you’re using anabolics it’s going to be quite difficult for you to become catabolic, unless you were/are already extremely low bf and begin to over diet

You won’t and shouldn’t lose lean tissue on a cruise… that’s if you’re training, eating, and resting accordingly

I don’t see a problem with that, as long as it doesn’t creep into other parts of the day I see no problem.
If you’re having troubles sleeping though I’d look for an underlying cause before going to cannabis. Set a routine, put the phone away, put on some blue light blockers, take Dr. Deans sleep stack from supplement needs.

I typically split my dosage up am/pm but also depends when I’m training. Preferably take any anti-inflammatories furthest away as possible from your workout

Digest gold + probiotics is a solid all in one I’ve found

Also search up some of DrDeans post in sleep, mans a genius

I recently had a lot of troubles sleeping due to high stress with university exams, work, dieting, overstimulating, etc. But what worked for me was adding back in Magnesium glycinate at 400mg ~2 hours before bed and 5-htp at 100ng ~40 minutes before bed

I don’t really see the need for an individual try to exceed daily recommend fibre of 38g, but even if you’re at like ~50g a day it might just cause some bloating. As long as it’s not causing gas or irregular bowel movements I’d say go for it.

I’ve had a similar issue, originally came about due to a car accident. I went to chiro, we found out that exercises that stretch out the QL and the upper calf made a big difference on knee tenderness/mobility.
Hope this gives you some more insight!
