    I’m currently having a phase of where my fasted stated is high, despite being low carb.
    This is after dropping just under 2 stone and having cardio in.

    However I have found the 2 biggest factors that play a role (to me) are stress and sleep.

    Past 2 days I have slept like a baby and stress has been low, its dropped from 6.8 to 3.8.
    Is there any external factors contributing?

    Also, try monitoring throughout the day. See what levels you are getting.

    Haha no problem Evalution, thank you for your input! It’s appreciated.
    I’ll continue to diet so it gives me an even better base to build from; I just wanted to be sure my nipple/lose skin would fade once I’ve dieted down really lean

    Thanks Rotties, I’ll take a look at Vasoburn (I’ve seen a few mention it). I’m not clued up on Yohimbine at all.

    Thanks for the reply Evalution, as of last week I have started training abs EOD. As the the nipple, there’s no ‘lump’ or tissue etc, it’s literally just loose
    .
    I’m currently dieting so I will continue, to see where I do REALLY lag and it should put me in a good/better position to gain mass. Would you agree?
