If the urologist wasn’t helpful, I think your of TRT and tamoxifen would work. You might not even need the tamoxifen if you increase the test to 125-200ish but if the pain persist the tamoxifen should help

Just my opinion but I think you’ve got it right

Thanks Brady! I really appreciate the input here. He hasn’t seen the urologist yet – he’s experiencing fatigue from low E2 also and he’s feeling discouraged, so we’re going to explore some things to help in the meantime.

Thank you, gentlemen. I really appreciate the feedback. The way I understand it, the two conflict each another. Exogenous testosterone causes negative feedback that suppresses LH/FSH secretion from the pituitary, and HCG/clomid stimulate the pituitary to produce LH – which is then suppressed by negative feedback. But yet many doctors prescribe it to ‘maintain natural testosterone production.’

Not sure what time of day you’re pinning, but if it’s before bed try switching to morning

AST and ALT aren’t specific to just the liver, found in muscle tissue and other organs as well and can be elevated due to muscle damage caused by strength training. As Ryan said, your numbers aren’t worrisome but I especially wouldn’t be concerned if you didn’t take a few rest days leading up to getting bloods drawn.

I always ask for the chef to cook without any oils or butter, so in that case just log the fats from whichever cut of steak you’re eating.

My initial thought when reading your diet was “too much fiber” as well. Could be a certain food triggering your indigestion as Ryan stated, but I’d first try reducing fiber intake. Swapping oats in 1-2 of your meals would be a good start imo.

How soon are you training after your pre workout meal? and what does it consist of? could be an issue of not giving your pre workout meal enough time to digest and then the intra carbs are adding discomfort. Could try switching the carb source intra as well.
