Any ideas or responses on this?

Forgot to add a question, rofl.
Can the estrogen reading be skewed by taking tren? Any advice or links to other posts or articles would be appreciated.

Dean,
Do you plan to ever use GH in the near future? Or at any point…?

What have you had to focus on more luke> i think im similar (except 1/10th your size hahaha) always chase numbers like heavy sets and struggle with pump work etc. I have a few ‘bro’ mates at the gym and they always torment me that I tire out quicker on shit like 10 sets of skull crushers cause ‘i dont work hard enough’ ‘i dont do enough sets or reps’ but the real reason is i want and enjoy lifting heavy loads for max reps. not fuckign around doing 20 sets for arms 3 days a week!

Rotties think you’re on the right track mate, im 23 and its slowly thinning. Would rather be jacked though!

jp,
Your ideology of training has changed recently and now your giving more time to pump/blood flow work.
With regards to bodybuilding and presenting ones physique – do you pay particular attention to soft tissue quality?
I find my ways of training are similar to yours (im no where near as advanced and i do not claim to be) but I find it easy to get lost in the progression of weights. Where i can bench 160 for sets of 8-10 yet…. if i lower the weight and focus on locking out my elbows i get an insane pump in my tris/chest.
For me over the last few years ive had issues with contracting my triceps, theyre a big strong bodtpart but they lack definition – due to my inibility to tense them. This is an issue down to poor execution i suppose but also down to neglecting blood flow and pump work through a full range of motion.
Have you noticed anything similar and do you feel soft tissue quality is an aspect youve missed/ neglected?
cheers

can you explain your reasoning behind 1mg adex a day? Seems an awful lot for 400mg test.

Ah i understand, thanks and all the best for whats ahead man! Will stay tuned

james would love to know your current drug stack – is this something your willing to share?
Reading this and Sas’ journals has added an extra dimension to the site, well played JP.

JP – if youre struggling to get all the calories in on a training day, why dont you add food to the rest day?
Would be interesting to hear your thought process.

Have you seen the muscle and strength pyramids? There’s one for training and one for nutrition
A video covering your personal opinion on how you’d rank stuff with regards to training and nutrition would be good
For example my guess – training #1 load used during training etc etc

Cant wait to copy and paste that paragraph onto numerous facebook posts! haha.I train pretty similar to Corinne i think – drifting between BB and power lifting. @ 88kg i hit 280DL, 220S, 150B then fucked my shoulder and spent a year faffing about. Lifts are on the climb again though, nutrition is better and so is overall health – largely due to this site tbh
