Regarding the addition of the Rest Pauses – are you using these to increase effective reps while keeping volume low to combat fatigue? If I recall your video on Intensity Techniques in the Education section you’ve recommended to avoid intensity techniques in a deficit as you’re not in a caloric environment to benefit from the excess stimulus. Don’t know if your thought process has changed on this.

Happy New Year Jordan, glad to see you’re back doing the thing you love but more importantly glad to see you are happy. Thank you for being 100% open with all of us, we can all learn and benefit from this!

New low this morning and again huge visual change happening I’m confident now change in test dose is working tremendously well. Higher test maybe servers a purpose in begging stages but right now it was blurring detail and hiding my true condition. I’m actually leaner than I thought which is nice. Not far off now being in decent condition. Happy as I beat my leanest point a week ago haha
226.8 this morning super flat but it’s necessary to step forward I’m not afraid of running a little flat and basically looking like a bag of dicks as i know once I fill Up it all changes
Some amazing take away points from this prep to take away for future for me which will help dramatically
It’s really interesting to hear this thought process since Jordan seems to have an opposite one (at least during the filming of the Education section). I remember him saying he likes to increase Test as someone gets closer to the show since being leaner they can take advantage of increased fullness. Just interesting to note the differences in approach and there are multiple ways to achieve the same thing!

Get your bloods done at week 6
Assess here
Make sure you implement everything you learnt
You could always up the dose at week 8 to.
What is the reasoning behind changing drug brand?

Kuba what are you doing at the moment to rehab and work around your groin strain?

Yes they will be fully lengthened. Why don’t you address the root of the problem first instead of slashing the ROM . Maybe book a treatment with a therapist and let them get to the bottom of it?
Yessir I’m in the process of doing that. I believe the root of the problem is tight hips and a tight ankle from a reoccuring injury from football (American football). I am just trying to find a way to work around the injury while I improve mobility for the time being

I’m taking Whitaker Nutrition’s Clincal Grade Berberine which uses patended Berberpure.
500 mg with last meal and 500 mg with the meal prior to that for a dose of 1g daily.
Taking it usually after the first or second bite of the meal

Drew,
I’ve actually been running my Push sessions with this template for the past 6-8 rotations (3-4 weeks) and I’ve been able to progress everything in each rotation. I initially thought the same as you, that the Shoulder Press would drop off, but it hasn’t.
My question is less of a “Will this work?” type of question and more of a “Is training the Front Delt directly through a Press redundant as the Front Delt will get hit through my Chest Pressing” kind of question.
