What an absolute genius of a man. I was wondering if you knew where I could go to read more of his material, preferably in a log/forum format for ease of reading. Do you have any recommendations?

This obviously is to prioritize them as hers are a weakness for her. She’s also mentioned that doing them first surprisingly didn’t impact her Compound strength. With that in mind, is that something that everyone should be doing since the Medial Delt doesn’t contribute much to a Pressing movement or do you still prefer to save ALL energy for Compounds?

I ended up doubling up on my usual caffeine intake pre training and hitting a Deload session at baseline volume. Crushed PR’s on everything! Glad I went in instead of skipping.

MemberSeptember 4, 2020 at 11:35 am in reply to: Jordan’s 2019 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Morning, iffy sleep for me, I was out before 9 but then was awake at 3 and couldn’t get back to sleep. I need more than 6 hours sleep to be strong , so I will get back for a nap after I have eaten breakfast and cleared my emails .
I will update you guys here , we are changing the shipping aspect on the nutrition site , because of cream of rice being heavy and incredibly low margins ( we legit make like a couple quid a tub) we have removed free shipping from the site , reason being , people buy let’s say 6-7 tubs which people are , that shipping even in the U.K. costs us 15 quid – 20
Quid . We then make a loss sending that product . Now we had flat rate shipping to Europe and USA , some USA packages cost us 100 quid and we had flat rate 25 quid ! We were making loses last month on each sale! Literally sending people cream of rice and it costing us 50-50 quid each time. I didn’t realise this until I got last months shipping costs report and saw that it was 2.5k than what we took for shipping , usually it’s about 500 quid, so we lost 2k last month on covering shipping . So sadly that has gone . Obv if you want a product it’s not unreasonable to pay for the shipping , I’m sure some will expect things to reach them magically for free but sadly we can’t make that happen.
For orders over 10kg in the U.K. the shipping rate will adjust from the 5quid flat rate as this largely covers orders to 5kg, and will be whatever we are quoted on each order . So if ups / dhl charge us 15quid, that’s what you will be quoted at check out . Fairly standard stuff
Anyways I thought I would write a slightly longer explanation here as I owe you guys that ?
I will pop something up on the site that basically says , rates will be adjusted based on weight of orders.
…….
I have a diet change today , food down a bit , it’s the same diet I adjusted to before but had to bring it back up as it flattened me off too fast , I’m in a spot now that’s basically maintenance so now can adjust down

I know there are times where I may have a poor nights sleep (3-4 hours) due to stress or just a freak occurrence, and am always torn whether to “suck it up” and go train or focus on recovery and skip the session?

MemberAugust 23, 2020 at 1:10 pm in reply to: Jordan’s 2019 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Really great voice note JP, I love that addition to the site. The advice comes at a good time for me: I’ve been dieting for the past 16 weeks plus and have been doing it very slowly and gradually compared to my usual method of dieting aggressively to get it done and it’s laughable how easy this diet has been for me. I’m stronger at 185 than I was at 210. I also haven’t done a single rest/pause or intensity technique and have done only straight sets ever since I saw your video on the Education section discussing intensity techniques and that really put those into perspective for me!

MemberAugust 12, 2020 at 9:43 pm in reply to: Jordan’s 2019 Log ( NO OFF TOPIC POSTS)Jordan how long do you typically wait after eating your final meal before going to bed? I’ve been waking up with diarrhea from foods that normally never give me digestive problems, not sure if this is indigestion as I typically eat my final meal and am in bed within 10-15 minutes.

I want to try a few of their products but the lack of a third party test really makes me weary, combined with Aaron Singerman’s sketchy past. Not sure if quality or third party testing was ever discussed when you formulated for them.

I’m just looking to go about getting the most out of the least at the moment. I don’t think for my first cycle I should do anything extreme. I remember Jordan saying on an MD forum that if he could go back and do his first cycle over again he’d run 300 mg per week.

Please provide test reading in nmol/l
Normal range is upto about 29Apologies, in the US we use ng/dL on bloodwork. Used a conversion calculator and 723 ng/dl is equivalent to 25.08 nmol/l

Talk to your GP. I wouldn’t advise on doing anything whilst being treated medically. See what the side effects of an increase would be on the pituitary issue.

Doctor has been made aware. I’m not getting bloods redrawn from my doctor until July, which is time to run a 12-16 week cycle and then have normal levels reestablished by July for the blood test.
